How to get the Swatch king app to hide the default variant

1. Access the Swatch King App

• Log in to your Shopify Admin Dashboard.

• Go to Apps → Swatch King.

2. Contact Swatch King Customer Support

• In the bottom-right corner of the app, click the Chat icon.

• Start a conversation with support.

3. Provide Details to Support

When support asks for clarification, provide:

• A screenshot showing the duplicate variant options.

• The example product URL where the issue occurs.

Copy & paste the following message to make it clear:

As you can see, there are two color options — one from the Swatch King app and one from the default Shopify color variant.

I want to hide the default Shopify color variant and show only the swatches from Swatch King.

4. Verify the Fix

• After the Swatch King team applies the fix, revisit the product page.

• Confirm that:

  • The default Shopify color variant is hidden.

  • Only the SA Variants swatches are visible.
