Weekly Brand Manager Meeting Agenda

Purpose: To ensure all client accounts are on track, review previous week’s accomplishments, set priorities for the upcoming week, and provide support as needed. The brand manager is responsible for coming fully prepared with updates and key points for discussion.


1. Quick Check-In (2 minutes)

  • Brief personal/professional check-in to set the tone for the meeting.

2. Account Status Updates (10 minutes)

  • For each client/account, the brand manager provides:

    • Current status and any major updates

    • Outstanding issues, client feedback, or urgent needs

    • Progress on ongoing projects (email marketing, social media, sales campaigns, etc.)

    • Status of delegated tasks (including Asana updates and team assignments)

3. Review of Previous Week’s Key Accomplishments (5 minutes)

  • Summary of what was achieved, including:

    • Completed campaigns, emails, or social posts

    • Resolved client issues or requests

    • Analytics highlights (e.g., improvements in Klaviyo metrics, social engagement)

    • Any successful delegation or process improvements

4. Upcoming Week’s Priorities (5 minutes)

  • What’s on the agenda for the coming week:

    • Planned campaigns, emails, or social content

    • Scheduled client meetings or check-ins

    • Any new client onboarding steps or deliverables

    • Anticipated challenges or resource needs

5. Support & Roadblocks (5 minutes)

  • Brand manager identifies:

    • Any areas where CEO support is needed (e.g., client escalations, resource allocation)

    • Roadblocks or delays requiring intervention

    • Feedback on internal processes or team collaboration

6. Open Discussion & Feedback (3 minutes)

  • Open floor for additional topics, feedback, or suggestions.


Brand Manager’s Pre-Meeting Preparation Checklist

  • Update Asana and all relevant project management tools with current status

  • Prepare a concise summary for each client/account

  • Gather analytics highlights (Klaviyo, Shopify, social media)

  • List previous week’s key accomplishments

  • Outline clear priorities and tasks for the upcoming week

  • Identify any support requests or roadblocks


Meeting Best Practices

  • Brand manager leads the update; CEO listens, asks clarifying questions, and offers support as needed.

  • Keep the meeting focused and time-boxed (ideally 30 minutes).

  • Use a shared agenda template so the brand manager can fill in her updates before the meeting, allowing for an efficient, structured conversation.


This agenda ensures all accounts are closely monitored, the brand manager is accountable and prepared, and you as CEO can provide targeted support and remain informed about ongoing work and challenges.
