How to Use Flow to Update Vendor Names

1. Duplicate the Existing Workflow

• Go to your Flow dashboard.

• Find the workflow that updates vendor names.

• Click on More Actions (usually three dots or a dropdown).

• Select Duplicate to create a copy you can edit.

2. Edit the Workflow Conditions

• Open your duplicated workflow.

• Locate the first condition (often labeled “Check If”).
